Program Update: Draft Program Rules

Section 5 of the Voluntary Water Conservation Act requires the State Engineers Office (SEO) to promulgate rules to implement the Act. As such, the SEO will host a virtual public outreach meeting to introduce the draft Voluntary Water Conservation Program Rules and may  answer questions as time allows. Following the meeting, the SEO will accept public comments  prior to initiating the formal agency rulemaking process.
